Lance Latkiewicz

A self-described relative newbie to the LBM space, Lance spent 10+ years in Detroit with one of the Big 3 automotive OEM giants–including stints in manufacturing, assembly, and as plant manager at a Mopar Parts National Depot. Worked at Mahindra Automotive on the Next Generation U.S. Postal Service Vehicle program and was employee #11 as Director at an electric vehicle start up company that went public on the Nasdaq in 2021. A member of LBM Journal’s inaugural 40 Under 40 Class, Lance has a master’s degree in business and a black belt in Lean Six Sigma.
