Victoria Zimmerman brought 14 years of HR experience with her when she joined Shepley Wood Products in 2021, where she oversees Human Resources and serves on Shepley’s senior management team. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and will be joining the board of the Cape Cod Human Resources Association this coming year. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys time with her family and friends and is a committed dance mom to her daughter, an avid puzzle builder with her son, and a lifelong animal lover and current doting dog mom.
