Theresa Thoryk has over 25 years of experience in human resources, working as a generalist and serving as a leader in great HR departments in the distribution and insurance sectors. Prior to joining Erie Materials, Theresa spent 17 years in the insurance industry at both Brown and Brown and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. Theresa earned an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business, from Columbia College. She is very passionate about employee engagement and leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiencies and employee development.
