As CEO Of Kodiak Building Partners, Steve Swinney has led strategic growth and overseen over 40 acquisitions in the LBM industry. With a career spanning over 30 years in acquisitions and private equity ventures, Steve’s leadership has propelled Kodiak to $3 billion in annual sales and 140 locations nationwide. Before Kodiak, he held key roles at ProBuild Holdings and First Data/Western Union, leveraging his expertise in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Steve is also Chairman of the Kodiak Building Partners Foundation, a board Member of the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Investment Committee at Brush Creek Partners.
