Shane Soule has over 25 years of experience in the building component industry, beginning his career right out of college building trusses on the shop floor. His deep industry knowledge comes from hands-on experience across nearly every role in the business. Today, Shane serves as president of Protec Panel and Truss, headquartered in Bremen, Indiana, with two locations serving Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio. Under his leadership, Protec has continued to grow its reputation for quality and innovation in panel and truss manufacturing.
