Sadie Hammond Berube is a fourth-generation leader and Director of Organizational Development at Hammond Lumber Company, a family-owned business with 34 locations across Maine and New Hampshire and more than 1,200 employees. She focuses on organizational growth, strategic initiatives, and company culture. Sadie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. A former collegiate athlete, team captain, and NCAA All-American in tennis, she brings that same competitive spirit to the LBM industry. She serves on the boards of the Retail Lumber Dealers Association of Maine and the North American Young Lumber Employees.
