Before joining PARR in 2024, she held senior HR leadership roles at Columbia Distributing and Franz Family Bakery, where she led major talent and culture initiatives. Michelle began her career at Siltronic AG, advancing from training and development to HR management with a focus on employee engagement and operational excellence. She holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and a BA in Psychology from Portland State. Michelle is certified as both SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
