Dan Efenecy is a building materials and sales leadership pro with more than 25 years of experience in the lumber and building products industry. He began his career with Huber Engineered Woods, advancing through leadership roles over 15 years and building expertise in sales strategy, manufacturing, operations, and customer relationships. He later held leadership positions with ProBuild/BFS and LP, overseeing sales growth, operations, and regional account management. Since 2018, Dan has served as Market Sales Manager for Carter Lumber’s Charlotte region, leading sales growth, customer development, and team performance. He is widely recognized for his leadership, negotiation skills, and deep industry knowledge.
