Chris Neumann is the second-generation owner of Erie Materials, Inc., a distributor of exterior building products with 10 locations and a distribution center. He began working summers in the warehouse and inside sales before earning a Business Administration degree from St. Michael’s College. After a brief sales role in Vermont, he returned to Syracuse and joined Erie full-time, working in branch management before becoming President in 2009. He led the company alongside his father, Bob Neumann, until Bob’s passing in 2023. Founded by Bob in 1973, Erie Materials supplies roofing, siding, windows, doors, decking, and more throughout the Northeast.
